Like a Typical Redneck, or an Al-Jazeera News Anchor

Does that mean his classmate didn't speak well?

I'm supposed to get my kids to speak better American English.  So I asked them to listen to each other talk and write down two things about each person's speech: one great thing and one thing that should be worked on.

So, it was also a lesson in American constructive criticism.  I EXPLICITLY told them not to just say "you did great."  One did follow the explicit directions, but like my sister found a loophole...and just came up with increasingly interesting comments about his classmates.

  1. ...
  2. Beautiful, kind of
  3. Beyond incredible
  4. Simply amazing
  5. I'm out of words.
  6. Unbelievably superb
  7. Greatness in the purest form
  8. No one came close.
  9. Outrageously brilliant
  10. If you didn't enjoy this, die.
  11. Smooth and soothing.
  12. A+ quality
  13. The biggest phonetic masterpiece after the 2nd WW
  14. I gradually lack synonyms.
  15. ---
  16. Awfully astonishing
  17. Considere by experts and analysts as one of the best pronunciations of all time.
  18. Like a typical redneck, from Italy.  Or an Al-Jazeera news anchor.
If anyone could offer interpretation on that last comment...
